Take wide-angle pictures so we can see the home’s entire façade. Include floors and ceilings for interiors. Mid-range photos may be your best bet.
Photograph the space from a few different perspectives, showing the nearby home (for exteriors) or adjacent rooms (for interiors).
Show us close-ups of the things you love about your house (wood floors, architectural details) and your present décor (art, vases, fabrics). If you like, include an inspirational picture, too, to give us a head start on what you’re hoping for.
